Went in on a Tuesday at around 8. As long as your eyes work, there's no real reason to park where guy from the food trailer will get you for $10 at a minimum. Park somewhere on the street where there isn't a clear tow sign. Been going here for a bit, I only pay to park when nothing is available on the way in. You are probably going to get wanded on your way in. The place looks like a dump from the outside, it is fine inside.
