No dancers, Stanton Avenue closed

I stopped by Tuesday afternoon to check out the results of the latest fire. The building behind Lusty's that caught fire and forced Lusty's to be closed for a few weeks seems to be burnt to the ground. I doubt if there's enough wood left to cause another fire.

Tuesday there was a lot of work going on in the street. Several trucks, and the road was closed in front of the bar. I parked in the lot off Stanton and walked in. The lovely Mia was bartending. There was one customer. Mia told me they had no girls at all. Unfortunately Mia said she wasn't available for dances either. I saw no reason to stay, so I left without getting a drink. I'm sure the road closure was temporary, and things will be back to normal.

Nothing to add, this was the first time I've been to Lusty's and not seen a single dancer.
