Empty and not worth it during renos
Came by on a Saturday night. Metal detector and $10 cover at the front with a quick pat down for good measure. Turned the corner to see a very large main room with the bar surrounding the stage in the middle. Dancers were called up fairly frequently, but can’t say that any were really noteworthy on stage. There was also only one girl doing the rounds through the club, and when I entered she was with another customer. The club also appeared to be undergoing renovations, so that may have contributed to it being dead.
I ordered a corona for five dollars, and then was approached by the one dancer. Not wanting to pass up my only opportunity, we pretty quickly went back for a dance. She was a taller, light skinned woman with lots of tattoos. She had said it was $20 dollars per song, and she needed a $20 tip, all up front. This was weird because she scanned in with a wristband before we got to our semi private booth. I could see construction from where I was sitting in my booth. I gave her forty for two songs and said I’d pay the tip afterwards. Simply put, it wasn’t worth the $40. When the two songs were up, we went back to the guy where she scanned her wristband and he asked for the $40 for two songs. Girl had the nerve to stay silent and look at me to pay again. I reminded her that she asked for the payment upfront, and then she paid him. Left immediately after.
