Couldn't recapture the magic...

A few years ago, there was one particular dancer here I was enamored with—great stage show, flirty in a convincing way, and while never attempted extras, one of my favorite dances in VIP—sensual with lots of two-way touching. ($100 for 3 back then, and still what I got quoted tonight). I hadn't been back in awhile, but another girl caught my eye on instagram, and I hoped I could recapture the magic. Alas...I did not.

Showed up around 9:00 on a Thursday, and the door guy scanned my ID. Already off to a bad start. Bigger girl on stage, and another couple sitting at the bar talking to customers. Probably about 15 customers in the place. The lap dance area is off to the left when you first walk in, along with a an area where—I believe—under 21 girls wait while they're not on the stage. No one over there tonight.

I ordered a coors light at the bar (I want to say $6?) and found a spot at one of the many empty tables at the far end of the stage. I saw the girl I was was looking for sitting at the video poker machines with a presumable regular. After a few minutes it was her turn to dance. A few of us gathered at the stage and threw dollars—pretty decent show—but afterward she immediately rejoined the fella at the video poker machines.
