LATE WEEK SWEET SPOT

Thursday night visit hit the sweet spot- some of the peak night dancers starting to show up, but less than SRO crowded. I arrive ~ 1030pm, stay until a little after midnight. I manage to find a club parking spot by the building (often have to go to adjacent closed pizza place lot), pay $25 night cover charge (arriving before 10pm should only cost $12 cover), and grab a $6 water bottle.

Night is getting off to a good start when I spot a prior fave on her 3 song set (dancers feed the jukebox, no blabby dj, they pick their songs, which was mostly rap or techno tonight.) No bathroom troll, yet (he arrived just before 11pm). Just as well in the cramped rest room, blow dryer works fine, don't need a paper towel.

DANCER CREW : 15 or so dancers on shift, mostly Cauc., with a few Hispanic/mixed, 1 - 2 Blacks. I eventually get massages with Fillipina Rose. I'd almost swear she lives in club. Like a prior visit, a young 8ish Asian approaches me just before I wave Rose over. Like before, she overdid her Asian talk schtick just a bit much for a massage and dance. I'd probably try her out on a future visit.
