Some things stay the same

Man, it has been a few years, but man...

I don't think they've as much as put a coat of paint on the place. How do you stay in business and run an establishment like this?

(Side note, there are quite a few bars like this in the NE especially that are in this condition. It's as though the owners just have it as an afterthought. If that's the case just sell the damn place, and most importantly the liquor license, to someone who's interested in doing something with the place). Rant over.
