Another Lunch at No. 5

It's been awhile since I last went to No. 5 for an afternoon visit, but things don't change much here. I try and arrive just before noon, which is when their "Power Hour" begins, from 12 to 1:00pm. It's great because they run through their five dancers, each performing a 3-4 song set where they get nude at the last song, with only a five minute break in between dancers. After Power Hour, the time between dancers is usually 25-30 minutes, so if you want to see five women get naked within one hour, this IS the time to go.

Cover is free in the afternoon and the place had about seven older men sitting around the stage. They don't get excited much, mostly just sit there and stare politely. I've always found the day shift dancers here very friendly. Today they ranged from 5-8 in the looks department, but again, always friendly. Dancer variety was good: 2 White, 1 Asian, 1 Black, and 1 Bi-racial, I think. They interacted with the customers and put an effort into their routines, which can be difficult when you're dancing to an audience of seven.

There was one dancer working the floor offering $50 privates upstairs, but most of the time I was there she was just sitting up by the bar area.
