Short but Solid

I don't get to Jersey often, but when I do, I go to the PH. I was just there last Friday, around 5 or 6, it seemed like a pretty normal day at the Playhouse. You walk into the gaudy pink building and pay a cover, $20, and look for a space around the bar to get a good look. The layout is large rectangular bar taking up most of the interior with 2 stages inside of said bar. The bathroom is on your left, and boy is it a right squeeze in there. It might be hard, but wash your hands kiddos. The booths for private dancing are in the far back past the rectangle bar. Only the stage closest to the front door was in use on this occasion so all the dudes were crowded around the front half of the bar. I got a seat and a water and watched the show. I say watched, but I never see much happening on stage here. Dances tend to be pretty lazy and mostly an afterthought. You are really there to spend some time chatting with ladies and maybe get a dance. The ladies are mostly average, average is fine, we're all pretty average too imho. There was a mix of body types and backgrounds, but nobody much below 30.

I think maybe just 3 ladies total made it my way, most had a dude to chat with. The first 2 were ok, nothing too interesting, but probably nice if I took the time to hang with them. The third was a blonde with a nice body who was very friendly, sorry, I'm terrible with names - maybe it started with a "d," Diane? Denise? Oh well, she's was cute so we went to the private dance area in the back. There are small booths painted black with cameras and a gentleman keeps track of the count and makes announcements. A really nice and smooth system leading to no disagreements on length or count. Much appreciated. "D" was really fun and I enjoyed myself. Dances are $30 per, I did 4 and tipped another $30 for a straight $150. I felt my visit was complete so I hit the restroom and bailed. All in all, a nice visit, I had some quality time with some cute ladies and didn't spend a mint - $170 total. If you are looking for a place to spend a bunch of time, I'd say you'd be better at a spot with a good stage show. But, if you are there for engagement the PH is solid.
