Thursday afternoon visit

Made a Thursday afternoon visit a few weeks back. The club is between an industrial/port area and the ever expanding downtown area. The parking lot is very safe- highly trafficked outside and a big lot with a valet usually milling about. Upon entrance you go through a metal detector which gives comfort that you won’t be caught up in an afternoon gun battle. Upstairs is the membership area (Club Lust) which is $300/qtr or $100/day with the majority of that returned in credit for the bar/food. I’ve done the occasional day membership but don’t visit enough to make the quarterly membership worth it.

Once you walk in you see 2 square bars with seating around the stage and a few tables around the floor. During the daytime they usually just run the main stage and not the side stage. Girls looking for attention usually hang in between against the DJ station. There is great outdoor space with shady and sunny options- cool spot to hang with the scantily clad ladies.

Thursdays seem to be one of the better days to visit. Usually a great lineup and a festive vibe. For comparison, I’ve been on Mondays and the lineup has been rough in comparison. I pulled up to the bar and got a drink card for $20 which gives your $25 in value.
