An influx of new talent from Cuba and South America

I visit Gold Club frequently. I am a daytime strip club person, and to me Gold has the best day shift in Charlotte, certainly the best day shift in South Charlotte.

Gold is located near mass transportation in a busy and safe area. The parking lot is fine. You enter to a vestibule where sometimes they scan your ID during the day, sometimes they don't. There is no cover. The manager told me the reason for scanning is that they have had a few incidents during the day (drunk and disorderly, guys skipping out on barbills, dance payments, etc), so they just want a record of who was there. I don't like it but it has never been a issue for me, so I am not that concerned.

The club itself is two levels, the downstairs has a big stage, a few satellite stages, a few raised more private areas and a bar in the back where most of the customers congegate. From that standpoint is it like a neighborhood bar with likeable bartenders. I get a drink with a decent liquor and it costs $10. Some of the dancer drinks are $20 which includes a small kickback to the bartender and dancer. Dances on the floor are $20 and not very good. Sometimes dances can be had in the raised areas. They tend to be better. They also are usually $20, but a few dancers charge more and they tell me that the club manager tells them to.
