Never Tursday

Well, I've been told by many dancers avoid Tuesdays. I'm stubborn and don't listen and paid the price.

After paying the $3 cover and dropping a few in the jar for the pretty and friendly door girls, I'm in like Flinn. Got a drink from the beer tub girl for $10 including tip. Checked out the free stadium buffett over on the far left wall behind the two pool tables. It did not look appetizing since it was obvious it had been sitting out awhile.

Did the obligatory one lap around downstairs and then headed upstairs. One lap around up there and I found a seat at the bar opposite one of the cliques of Cubans. There were plenty of empty chair forts upstairs and only two dances were being given behind the main stage. That's when I remembered about Tuesdays. I had been told Sunday or Monday are the best days since it is a mandatory day if you want to work any of Friday or Saturday. That intel was playing out since the B team was now in place.
