Alone on pervert’s row
Arrived on a Thursday (really Friday morning) just after midnight. It’s a Tudor house-looking structure in a busy area south of the city. Rolling hills and a lot of other businesses in the area. The parking lot and building are not well lit so I drove right past and had to turn-around.
Large parking lot with equally large potholes. There were decent number of cars for a Thursday, so things seemed promising.
Walked in, door wide open to air the place out (though it is non-smoking). Older gentlemen sitting on far wall to left is who you pay the $10 cover to. He was holding court with a few other old gentlemen. Bar directly in the front and runs along the left side. Stools line the bar on the right side. Probably 7-8 stools, a break, then 4-5 more. The bar area then opens to where the stage is. You can only kind-of see the stage from the 4-5 closer bar seats. For a better look, you have to sit at the stage. It’s a pit-style stage with a pole in the back, mirrored back wall. Uncomfortable Moose Lodge ripped black-pleather style chairs around the rail. Really, the whole place has a Moose Lodge vibe.
