Went a couple of weeks ago...

Went a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday night. When I walked in, the cigarette machine at the door stole my money; the people working the front couldn't care less; $6 wasted. Cover was in the neighborhood of 7-10. Bathroom was among the cleanest I have ever seen. As you walk in, there is sort of a higher up level (~6-7 steps) on the right where the main stage is. Tables on either side, surrounded by booths. The tables and booths are "reserved"; you have to pay $40 to get a booth and ~20 or 30 for a table w/ good proximity to the stage. What pissed me off was that they didn't let me choose my booth; they stuck me next to a table full of goons that stared at the chicks giving me lap dances all night.

To the left, against the far wall is a long bar; there is a poker table (?) and 2 satellite stages, again surrounded by tables; farthest from the entrance are some isolated booths, but I did not inquire about those (they did not appear to be very private either). 20 dance/song; only 2 2-4-1's while I was there (~7pm to 11pm). Beer price increases after ~8.

The girls are top quality; 1 or 2 who might be a 10; another 3-4 8-9's; not any real dogs. Contact/quality of the dances was very light. All in all, the atmosphere of this bar is one of a college town where the titty bar thrives on the few groups of buddies that trickle in every now and then and get drunk and throw money around. I would imagine most of the hustlers and take-out girls work in Houston, which means few in this town.

Quality of girls gets this place an 8; the poor attitude of management and low quality of dances keeps it from being higher.
