Fun starts at Five

I won't name names, mainly because I can't remember names, but also because I don't want to stir up trouble. I arrived about 4:30 p.m. Parked around the corner. Guys on the steps told me to go on in and pay the cover to the bartender. Downstairs was empty, except for the bartender, who took $10 for a cover charge. I asked if upstairs was open, and was told that it was.

I'm pretty sure it was the same bartender who was busy setting up the upstairs bar for the evening. He turned on some TVs. I asked when the show was going to begin, and he said 5:00.

He turned around and seemed to be making a call on his cell phone. He said some girls would be there soon and I paid $5 for a bottle of Bud.
