Has The Quality of DD Fallen?

I decided to go take a trip to DD at 1pm before I left back home from my vacation. I figured that it would be nice to just have one last good time but unfortunately I wasn’t very pleased.

Upon arrival, I had to pay a $5 fee for parking. I could be wrong but some people have said here that it’s $3. Not that I mind since I imagine those guys don’t get paid much but it would be nice if people didn’t try to slide a couple of $$ but I can’t get mad over someone trying to hustle.
