I’m averaging out my last two...

I’m averaging out my last two visits to this place into one review. This remains my favorite club in Massachusetts, though I’ve learned that YMMV.

A recent visit on Monday night proved somewhat disappointing. Yeah, the dances are discounted, but I get the feeling a lot of their best dancers don’t show up on Monday nights. Mileage was lower than it had been in the past, and I began to wonder if I’d just gotten lucky in past visits.

Fortunately on Saturday I made my way up to Mario’s after a disappointing trip to Stars (see review). The place has a very different vibe on a Saturday night, particularly with a headlining act. Within minutes, I was reunited with an old friend. Selena stopped by, and within minutes I was in heaven in the back room. Yes, the dances are in the open, but considering the dances around me were equally intense, it wasn’t a problem. (Lots of customers massaging the dancers too, which made everyone happy.)
