Barely hanging on, but still better than Lancaster down the street

This place hasn't had a review in almost two years, so since I visited recently I'll provide an update.

This marked the first time I'd visited Club Paradise in about six or seven months as my last visit had seen the club in a particularly lame state. Alas, this visit was only marginally better.

A possible plus right off the bat: despite being Saturday night at around midnight, there was no cover charge (or, at least, the guy who was supposed to be collecting what used to be a $10 weekend cover charge wasn't around; front booth empty) so I just walked in.
