Timing is everything… and this time was ho hum

I suppose timing is everything but the higher scores for this place had my expectations set higher than what I ended up experiencing.

I came in pretty early… probably about 8:30 or 9 and so I understood there wouldn’t be anywhere near the full lineup in yet. But man this place was slow… probably less than ten customers and maybe 8 visible dancers at the time. In fact between the security, management and whatever other staff was in at the time, it felt like customers were out numbered 2 to 1 by non-dancer staff, the whole time I was there.

Paying full cover to get in when it is so dead and early always seems painful when the cover is 20 or higher but at least the drinks seemed pretty reasonably priced overall… I think my beer was like 7 bucks.

For the first 15 min or so, there were no dancers on stage and the dancers hanging out at the bar were all talking to the same two regular customers or to each other and therefore I was pretty much ignored at the bar other than when I needed another drink (and this continued for the entire 2.5 hours I was in there until the very end when I needed to leave). Maybe I was giving off a vibe that I wanted to be left alone haha.
