Surprised it's not more popular

I was in Phoenix for work a couple weeks ago on a Friday afternoon, and hadnt experienced the PHX SC scene before. Started at Hiliter, but found it way too crowded and somewhat lacking in avaialable dancers that interested me. Left Hiliter after an hour, and decided to try Sugar 44.

No cover charge, and I just walked right in after parking in the small lot behind the club. Central 1 pole stage with table seating for about 30 all-around just left of entrance, bar with ~10 stools to the right, bathrooms far right and about as clean as I've ever found in a SC, ~5 VIP booths to the right front behind a curtain, and ~6 more VIP booths behind a 3/4 wall to the back left.

The club was not crowded, was reasonably clean and kept, and had about 7-8 good looking English-speaking dancers working - 1 AA, 1 Filipino, and the rest white. There were only about 5 patrons when I arrived around 3pm, and that number never got higher than 10-12 when ai left around 5pm.
