In town for work, staying at the hotel right down Virginia Rd, so figured, give this place a shot.

Driving up looks like any dive bar across the country. Walk in, and suspicions confirmed- A bouncer scans your ID, pats you down and points to the cashier. $6 cover and you walk in greeted by a small bar area with a couple of TVs and every seat is taken with and what I would call a usual (25-50 years old, good mix of race) crew of patrons at the small bar right as you enter. Not nearly as urban as I was expecting.

Loud hip hop ringing throughout, first thing you notice is this place is small, dark and quite old. Broken up into two rooms, the first is the bar with a small stage and a door that leads to the smoking area. Drinks are reasonable for the mongers but be prepared to shell out for the dancers. I had a bourbon and a few beers for 8 bucks and 6 bucks respectively. Drinks for the girls start at 15 dollars. Quick aside, there was a couple of African guys selling food outside on the smoking patio and they were cool as hell and reasonable prices on decent food (10 bucks for a dozen wings). The back room has the main stage where, there was usually the only girl dancing, seating around the perimeter of the room and a small walled off section with four of five VIP booths.
