Nobody Could Even Give It Away

GGC has been reviewed many times on this site. The physical space is fine- clean, almost cavernous, the usual disco-ish lighting. Long offset stage with lots of ringside seating. TVs set to football. I went on a Wednesday afternoon (expectation level should drop precipitously, but that's what my work schedule allows). Free parking right next to the building. Showed ID that the guard barely glanced at.

I was pleasantly surprised that upon entry the guard gave me a voucher for a $100 30 minute room. This was apparently unadvertised. The voucher was dated (no keeping it for another day), but $100 for 30 minutes seems like a very nice offer. I bought my water ($5) tipped a dollar, and sat down, hoping to have a chance to use the voucher.

Business seemed more brisk than usual with close to a dozen patrons, almost a revolving door- they came, got what they wanted, and left. After a little while the crowd thinned out.
