Meh for me, but will no doubt appeal to many
New club inside the same building where Trixie's was located. It is not a separate building, but a separate area inside the Habana Blues Night Life club, which I'm told has a predominately Cuban clientele. Entrance required a pat down; there was a metal detector present, but it was not used on my. Probably old, fat, white guy privilege at work.
As you walk in, immediately to the left is the cover charge cashier, precisely where it was when Trixie's was in this building. $20 per person at 11:30pm on a Friday night. On this night, there was no one in the night club side. Not sure why.
After paying cover, the strip club portion is through a curtain directly behind you as you face the cashier. Walk down a very short corridor to main club area. Ahead as you walk in is what appears to be a VIP area. Note, not a VIP *room* but just a "bottle" area with it's own pole and what looked like a very small stage.
