Decent eye candy and vibe

Chez Paree was my second stop among downtown Montreal strip clubs. I didn't have terribly high expectations and as such I wasn't disappointed.

The club is on a side street under a marquee that looks like it could have been a real theater once upon a time. Once inside I waited a couple of minutes behind a rope while the bouncer cleared the way for several other customers to get their coats and leave. Cover was $14 including coat check and then $5 to another bouncer who led me to my seat (just make it $20 cover already!) I decided to grab a seat at the stage. A waitress approached quickly for my order - $10.50 for a bottle of water.

I was relatively pleased with the quality of the dancers. The majority were white but I saw a few Latina and black dancers. Most were fit and attractive. They weren't shy at all about approaching, even stage side. I brushed most of them off, wanting to watch the stage show, but I did ask a couple to come back later. On stage each dancer did two songs, though alternating songs with another dancer. All got topless and about half got nude on the second song.
