I found this place disorienting
This review is from a night about a month ago so apologies if the details aren't perfect. This was my first time at Willie's (I travel to Denver often for work but usually stay downtown so haven't ventured beyond the clubs there). Anyway, I hate doing the layout run down but basically, after you pay your cover you walk around the corner and there are about 7-8 circular stages spread out across the main floor. There's a pretty small bar in the far corner and then the VIP area across the main floor (w/ another bar back there).
This was a Thurs night and there must have been a convention going on cause it was pretty busy both from a customer and girl perspective. I sat near one of the stages near the bar area and was approached pretty consistently (to the point of annoyance). I'll say that there wasn't really a consistent answer to how private dances worked. Most of the girls were instantly trying to upsell the VIP area. There didn't seem to be anything in-between floor dances (I opted for a few at 3/$100 w/ some dancers who were my type) and the VIP area (which I think started at 30 min intervals but everyone was upselling me for a hour so I didn't really entertain it). I thought it was unusual that there wasn't a private area for dances (other mongers please correct me if my recollection is wrong).
I'll say that the dances I got were pretty good. About what I expect from Denver clubs: attractive dancers, not much mileage but if you find the right girl your hands can roam pretty free (outside of the kitty) and I've had pretty good luck finding OTC options. It was just strange to do them on the main floor.
