I've never had a bad experience here, even after they increased the price of beer a few years back. It is a comfortable place to enjoy and drink and watch the ladies dance on stage. The servers are polite and attentive and the prices for drinks and food are very reasonable, especially compared to DC prices.
The girls vary wildly in looks and dancing ability, but everybody is pleasant and the place is very low pressure. I've never gone for the private dances, but the stage shows are pretty much constant through out the night. The girls come around after each change of performer for a tip, but it is generally totally up to you how much you tip each performer. I usually offer a dollar or two per dance.
