Unpredictable, but often better than you expect

My first sight as I entered Fantasies Wednesday afternoon was a tall, radiant brunette who gave me a dazzling smile. Unfortunately, I was going in as she was going out. That foreshadowed how the rest of the evening would go.

The parking lot was about one third full. AThis suggested a slow day, with about a half dozen each of patrons and dancers. There's a largely cosmetic metal detector at the front door. I went through; it honked. No one looked up. (There's no cover in the daytime, so nobody at the door.)

The club is one big room with a stage in the center and bars on either end. There are also a few tables in the empty spaces between bars an stage. They've added an electronic sign board behind the stage, so you can tell who the DJ thinks is dancing. Sometimes the name corresponds to a person. More often, there is a name but no person, or the person on stage is just standing around waiting for the named person to show up.
