First time back for many, many months after a couple total misses. The basic scene: Daytime admission and non-alcoholic drink still just $11 -- a seeming bargain after increases at other clubs (and there is a bar 30 feet from the entrance if you want to do a pre-game warm-up). Still very dark. Still lame to pathetic stage dances.

On the plus side -- a lot of new faces and I was able to sit and watch 2-3 dancers on stage without attacks by aggressive vultures. This has been a real problem in the past at this club but the tone this time was much more mellow.

Didn't see much of interest for the first 15 minutes or so and was about to bail when approached by Ducati, a dancer I had never seen before (though she said she had been working at Kittens and other Seattle clubs dating back to the old Ricks). An older dancer with store-boughts, she had great "people-skills" and it was both fun, relaxing and non-pressured to talk to her. Eventually went back to the VIP for the "3 for a hundred" standard which turned into "4 for a bit more". Dances were sensual and she clearly knew what she was doing -- though not "Pandora quality". She did imply that her menu was longer but we didn't discuss details or pricing. All-in-all a pleasant but not hit-it-out-of-the-park experience. Will probably put Kittens back on my "if I don't want to hassle the traffic to Pandora's" list.
