NEW club opening

It's not very often that a brand new club opens but that's what Knockouts is. This club is in Stone Park which is just south of Melrose Park which previously had several clubs but they all have since closed down except for maybe Carl's (not sure if that is considered Melrose Park or Stone Park). This area is about 10 minutes south of O'hare airport and about 20 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago.

This club is next door to a club by the same owners, Gold Room Chicago which also owns Polekatz in Bridgeview and Gary, IN.

Free parking on the west side of Knockouts building which is great. But, if you want to go next door to Gold Room you have to move your car over there via their valet guys. I've been to Knockouts three times over the past two months and have yet to be charged a cover. However I've typically been going at off peak times like 6 or 7 pm. Clean restroom - two urinals and one stall. They have a menu with bar food. I have yet to eat there but from what I've seen it looks decent. The decor is boxing theme which is cool/different. The tables and chairs (stools) are sports bar oriented. The flooring is painted concrete giving it a sports bar/warehouse type feel. If you're looking for big, comfy seating, you'll have to go to Gold Room or Scores next door.
