Random Tuesday Afteroon

I checked in around 2:30pm. At this time there were barely any cars in the parking lot. When I walked in, I got a quick pat down by the security guard and gave them $10 for entry and away I go. The club was dark but well lit near the dj booth and individual sections. This club is set up in a straight line. The bar and bathrooms are to the right as soon as you enter. Straight down you a row of individual sectioned booths down the sides and the center stage. You can find the dj booth off to the corner as enter on your left. This club has gone through several changes since the last time I've been here. They got rid of the back wall and the pool tables in the back to add more booths and curtained off areas for the VIP. I didn't inquire about vip during this visit.

I got a $6 beer from the bartender and sat down in the back. Dances are $10 per song. The DJ was playing a mixture of everything rap, old school r&b, rock, and latin music. Song were played through the whole way. During the day, of the sections were blocked off so you're free sit anywhere free of charge. At this time of day there were about 6 people people there. More of a younger crowd with more people coming in as it got later. The demographic was definitely majority Latina with most of them being cuban (a few of which I recognized from club platinum when it was still open) with a few black women sprinkled in. When I sat down, I was immediately approached by a tall African woman with large breast and I declined. This visit I wanted to get a taste of what the Cubans had to offer. I got up and approached a shorter Latina with bleach blonde hair and a very tight, toned body. There was bit of language barrier but I was able to get a dance from her. Her grind was ok and sum what mechanical so I sent her off after 2 songs. Next, I approached a thicker Dominican girl named Rosa. We conversed for a little and her English was good. Apparently, she one of the few Dominicans who frequent the club in comparison the majority of Cubans who dance at the club. After a nice conversation about travel and the DR, we got down to the business. Rosa's dances were all over the place. I honestly regretted asking her for dances. Majority of the time she tired to straggle my lap and avoid laying her ample backside in my lap. I tried steering her in the way that I wanted but that didn't work. I stopped her at 4 dance after the hope that the dance would get better didn't pan out. Then had the nerve to ask me for a tip which I declined.

After that, I finished my drink and left. This reconnaissance trip turned into a wasted effort. I would go back anytime soon probably not. For me its too out of the way and hard to reach to even bother to make regular visits. I would definitely come back on a different day and afternoon to see if my luck changes.
