This place baffles me. I've been a frequent visitor over the years, with longish dry spells in between.
The newest ownership seems to want to drive themselves out of business. Reducing days and hours bit by bit until they reach their desired goal of being open 9:15 pm until 10:45 pm every other Saturday. I get that they are having trouble keeping staff, but it's their own doing. If theycan't make money there, they will move on, and who can blame them?
The place has a lot going for it. Located between Reading and Pottstown, you have heavy traffic passing on 422. Decent sized parking lot, nice building, two nice stages very close to bar patrons. And with Pottstown and Reading, what should be a great source of econmically challenged young ladies looking for work. Especially young Latinas, a personal favorite.
Maybe the current owners will wise up, or the next ones will be smarter.
