Not Worth It

Fantasia
14068 Memorial Pkwy SW Huntsville, AL 35803
It’s been a while since anyone has reviewed this club and after my visit I can understand why. There really isn’t much that would make customers want to visit. I know the reviewers like us to describe the club. Located just outside Huntsville in a warehouse-type two-story metal building with a gravel parking lot, it’s nothing fancy. The inside décor is standard strip club with plastic chairs around the stage, tables and chairs around the floor, some high back seats with tabletops against the walls, and padded leather chairs around the bar. Not sure what the cover charge is. Maybe $5…they just kind of lump it all together with your first drink. I’m guessing there has been an ownership change or some staffing changes since the last time I was here about 6 months ago. Previous reviewers have talked about getting a handsy pat down by a woman at the door. Didn’t experience that. Looked like just two regular guys wearing hats that said “Security” on them. One at the door and one manning the DJ mic. No one watching the door to the upstairs area. By the way, this review would have more names of the dancers in it, but the guy on the mic is unintelligible. Sounds like adults in a Charlie Brown cartoon. Names that I did catch were Carol, Dee Dee, Country, Ruby, Olivia, and Ivy. There were a couple of other Latina dancers there besides Carol, but couldn’t catch their names. There were three AA dancers. Of course, the draw for this club is the private dance area upstairs. The reason it will be a long time before I visit this club again is the outrageous prices the dancers are asking to make a trip up the stairs. If this was a high-end club with 8s, 9s, and 10s walking around, I’m not averse to spending some money. But when you are talking 4s and 5s, there is no way I would partake at the prices quoted to me. And I didn’t see a lot of customers going up with dancers. Guess the other guys shared my opinion. Explains why they no longer need somebody to monitor the hall that leads to the stairs.
