Weeknight Visit...kinda dead

Rick's DFW
15000 Airport Fwy Fort Worth, TX 76155
The bar was clean, and honestly, it felt kinda empty. Like, I thought I might be the only one there. But, it didn't make me uneasy at all. The music was fine– not too loud, just your regular club tunes. Great for chatting without yelling. The dancers were cool, skilled, and easy on the eyes. The only thing is, since the place wasn't exactly packed, they didn't stick around on stage for long. There was a good mix of dancers from different backgrounds; I even had a chat with one who spoke Spanish. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added to the vibe. Now, the money part was a bit confusing. They tried throwing in all these extras like VIP and bottle service. I get it's the game, but I just wanted a dance, you know? Cover and drinks were alright, but considering I practically had the place to myself, I questioned if a cover charge was necessary. Plus, got quoted two different prices for dances from different dancers. Still, had a good time, so not exactly feeling ripped off. In a nutshell, cool spot, but could do without the sales pitch. I'd go back if I needed a quick fix, just wish I was better equipped on the money stuff beforehand.
