Christmas Party

I went to the Christmas Eve party. This is the second year they had the party in the post-covid era. The club opens at noon and has a hard close at 6 pm. It was fun, but less busy than last year, which I suspect was due to the fact that Christmas Eve fell on a Sunday.

Club particulars: Bouncer greets you in the entry hallway and collects the cover (no cover on Christmas Eve as it is considered a customer appreciation event). Men’s room immediately to your left as you enter the club, bar along the back wall (seats about 12), large stage with pole to the right, small stage on the left, three VIP areas in the corners, and club seating throughout. The lap dance area and private rooms are downstairs.

They were serving free food all day in the form of shrimp cocktail, finger sandwiches, egg rolls etc. drinks are reasonably priced for a strip club - $7.25 for a Tito’s and soda (measured pour). The dancer to customer ratio was high - I think the club pressures all dancers to work, and as previously mentioned, it wasn’t as crowded as prior years. Several dancers grumbled about not doing well during the shift, there appeared to be less traffic heading downstairs than on a typical weekend night.
