- goldeneagles9Approved·Yeah. I went to college in upstate New York. Sounds like nothing has changed, but then why would central New York want to change. Boring, cloudy, snow, and women with no desirable features. They like that up there. I remember why I made the trip to Niagara Falls Canada and Toronto so many times.
