Monday, Monday....

I had been to OZ a few days before, on a Saturday night. I'm going to do a little comparison here, just to highlight some differences, although the wildly different nights has to be factored in too. After a good time at OZ, I had one more night in Tampa before flying out. Based on previous reviews, decided to hit Scarlett's. It was a Monday night, and to say it was dead would be an understatement. I got there around 8:30, and decided to go back to my hotel and return at a later time.

Got back around 10, and it wasn't much better. One thing I will say, the staff was great, the parking attendant and the girl taking the cover were very friendly. Forgot what the cover was, but I know it wasn't much. The place itself is your basic kinda sleazy strip club, not as nice as OZ. A stage in the middle of the room, the VIP rooms were toward the back left corner.

Nobody was on stage, and only a few people at the bar, which was to the right. A dancer approached me after a few minutes and sat next to me, but wasn't really my type, a bit of baby fat on her, I like my women thin. She finally got the hint and left. Then another dancer came up. A bit of miles on her, but she was thin, and given the lack of other talent, I figured this was my best shot. She said she was Dominican, although her English didn't have any foreign accent. I was pretty direct on what I was looking for, she didn't respond directly, except to say it would be a "sensual dance". After some back and forth, we settled on $250, $50 to the house, and $200 for her.
