Great Location

I frequent Rick's more than any other club in the Chicago area. Not because it's the best (for me, that would be PoleKatz), but because it's the most convenient. Once upon a time, the best downtown option had been Scarlett's on Clinton, just a short walk from the Loop. But it's been in non-stop tailspin over the past 15-20 years, getting worse with each change of ownership and each rebranding. For a while it had been called "Pink Monkey" and now it's Deja Vu. Presumably, owned by the same group that owns other Deja Vu properties around the country that are vastly different and far better than the Chicago location. But I digress and will save my thoughts on Deja Vu for a separate review.
