Fun night, but prefer the day at BT

Stopped by Booby Trap to see if one if my favorite daytime dancers might still be around after 7 one evening. Parking was $2 in the far lot. Pat down by the doorman and $10 to get in. The bathrooms are to your right by the elevator. To your left you enter the club with a bar at both ends of the club. A long dance stage with two poles at either end in the center of the club. Interestingly there are two motorcycles hung from the ceiling (I believe they are lowered and used Friday evenings to kick off the weekend). Several tables on the left side of the stage with booths behind them. On the right side of the stage are more booths and a huge big screen TV on the wall. There are two additional poles at either end of the booths on the right, but there wasn’t enough of a crowd yet for those to be in use. There is an upstairs area which overlooks the stage below, but no real advantage to being up stairs.

Red Bull was $8. I looked around but my favorite dancer must have already left for the day. During the daytime, you can get 30 minutes upstairs in a private booth for $350, ($300 to dancer and $50 to the club). I found at night you have to play the club $90 for a half hour and most dancers push for $400 for them. Almost all the dancers here are Cuban.

I really enjoy spending time with my daytime favorite because we are already comfortable with each other and we know what each other likes. No awkwardness with trying to figure all that out. But who doesn’t also enjoy a little variety. The evening shift didn’t seem to be that much of an upgrade to the daytime. I did notice the music seemed to be louder. Wanting to try something new, I got some $10 table side dances from a few dancers before I asked one blonde Cuban if she wanted to go upstairs. Paid the upcharged evening prices and headed up. We had a ’good’ time, but wasn’t near as much fine as my daytime ATF. I’ll be back, but earlier in the day.
