Not so private dance area ruins the experience

I've reviewed before but this was my first time in the private area since the remodel. Probably won't go again.

First the setup. One big room. You walk in through a small entrance. Entry varies by time and events. Before 7 is free. Immediately after walking in you are in a large room with the stage in the middle surrounded by a few tables and booths on the walls. The Wall on the right has the bar, a door to the private dance area, and the bathroom.

The bar is pretty large but it doesn't have enough chairs, and a lot are always used by dancers without customers. A normal shot is $6-8 but get way more expensive depending on what you like. Beer is $4+. Go on Tuesday for $2 bottles and some shots. The bartenders generally do a good job or don't last.

They recently changed managers and personally I feel like they run it better than the past. Just feels safer, cleaner, and it doesn't feel like the managers are there to party but to actually manage. I have seen them tell girls to stop the drama several times, no favoritism. There was also some newer talent with a few girls that were solid 8s, but mostly probably 6 or lowers.

Now to the big letdown. The private dance area. There were 6-8 booths in the backroom with absolutely no privacy. I understand it's not "that type of club" but there are 2 rows of booths staring right at each other. You see everything everyone else is doing. And there was a guy getting a dance and staring at me and the girl I was with. Creepy. Paid $160 for 8 songs. There is a curtained off vip area, but for some reason it was closed that day.
