Clean, private, easy to find; but no VIP

Stopped in twice recently, both on weeknights around 6pm. Very large and well lit parking lot; felt safe. It is in the very back of an industrial park, but very very easy to find. Entering was easy. Was not asked to pay a cover. Upon entering, there were two large bars with stages in the middle. Only the bar/stage on the left side open. Probably had about 70 bar stools circling the bar. In front of the closed bar/stage on the right-hand side there are five steps that lead to an open-air space where private dances are held. Not super private, but not awful. Overall, the place felt clean, lighting was good- not too dark, not too bright. No thug factor. Music was great- more so dance music vs. hip hop; and the DJ was not annoying. Clean bathrooms. Clientele seemed a little more classier than some of the spots I have checked out in neighboring Linden.

Dancers were pretty attractive; averaging around a 7 or 8. They spanned from white to black to Latin. No Asian during my two visits. Their performances averaged around a 7. They weren't just standing there, but they also weren't super creative or wild- basic stuff. They were pretty friendly and happy to see me. Bartenders were especially friendly and very helpful- they made sure to give me a lay of the land as it was my first time there. When I needed more singles or another beer, they were very attentive. They were also willing to chat.

The private dances were not super private, but well enjoyed. I tried out four different dancers. You're allowed to touch. They also do a bit of touching too. They were all super into it. Unfortunately, when I asked about a more private VIP space, they said they do not offer that.
