Eastern Europe in the Keys

Red Garter is located right on Duval St., which is the main party drag. It gets hopping in the evening, and there are a few strip clubs very close to each other. I went to Red Garter twice in the same day because when you're in Key West, you might as well live a Jimmy Buffet song.

I went there first in the early evening at around 6:00 and there wasn't a cover. Two dancers were on the stage when you come in, and it felt like there were dozens of them. All of them gorgeous in that Melania Trump sort of way, and I found out after speaking to a bunch that many were indeed from Eastern Europe. In fact, I didn't talk to a single dancer from the U.S.

The place wasn't very crowded with customers and the dancers are very aggresive to get you to get dances. They came one after the other, not lingering very much after I turned them down. They were like sharks. I did take one dancer from the UK for a few dances but she danced like she was from...the UK. It was kind of lifeless air dancing that doesn't get anybody feeling anything at all. The dances were $20 each.
