The Picadilly is one of several black strip clubs in the Philly area. Hours open is 3pm to 3am on most days, although dayshift is very slow (about 4 girls in rotation) until about 8pm. The best days are nights Thurs-Sun. Cover is $10 in the afternoon and when its packed at least 20-25 females...all black and very thick in the backside. You are bound to find a woman there who can get you feeling good since most of these girls know how to pop and jiggle that backside on your rod. Unfortunately, there is no VIP or secluded area in this club; lighting is just a shade below medium. Laps are $7 and drinks run $7-10 are made well. The girls are very friendly with shaking hands with your johnson through your clothes and if your wearing the right attire you may be able to get away with a little extra. Plenty of seating. The only real drawbacks are the girls don't get completely nude; but they will flash out of their stripper attire and if your not familiar with Philly use a map or internet to guide you to the location...the club doesn't have a parking lot...street only but you shouldn't have a problem.
