Interesting Night at a New Club

Visited Cheeks on a Saturday night from about 10-12:30. Metal detector and wand to get in then ID check and a $10 cover, I believe. The 1st thing that hit me was the bright lighting. This place has kind of a neighborhood bar feel--complete with pool tables--that I hadn't really experienced at other high-end clubs. The bar is to your right as you walk in and features a long row of clear fridge doors with booze behind them, as if the place used to be a 7-11 or something. Lots of TVs for catching the end of a late ballgame. I was there to look at other things, though.

The stage is long and narrow with four poles, and the dancers seemed to work their way from one side to other at a rate of one pole per song. Plenty of seating around the stage, and tables next to the chairs, which you don't often get. The dancers circulate, but in keeping with the aforementioned casual atmosphere, aren't very pushy or prone to just come out and ask, "Wannadance?," right away. Body types were clustered pretty heavily around the norm: some busty (some implants), some big booty, some a little thicker, some spinners, most white.

I got a few dances while I was there, of course. 1st was from a thick brunette who showed me the semi-private dance area, which, I gotta say, seemed pretty damn private, almost as private as VIP. At least in the area where I got most of my dances, there are half-walls coming up from the floor surrounding each booth, and, unless you're tall you won't be seeing much of anything outside your booth. She gave me a three-for-60 deal (it's normally 30, or two-for-40 during uptime), and, as so often happens, the 1st dances of the night were the best; I wish I had tracked her down again for VIP before I left. The 2nd set of dances I got was from a tanned athletic type and the third from a blonde who was built like a brick house, but called herself a "stage girl" who didn't typically give dances. I ended the night by taking a big booty brunette to VIP for 15 minutes at $150, mostly to see what it looked like back there, and, while I can't think of anything to really complain about, it was pretty basic. Got the job done, I suppose.
