My first trip to Sapphire since the pandemic. It has always been expensive but it seems like they have now moved to another level. The whole point of this place seems to separate men from their money as quickly as possible. Was in town with several friends at Resorts World. After some decent luck they wanted to go to a strip club. Due to it being the end of SEMA and the nightmare traffic due to F1 rides from the club were hard to come by, often saying earliest pick up would be after 2:00AM. I know we could have planned better but this ended up being a last minute idea. One of us had a car so figured on driving out self to Sapphire was the quickest plan as it is only 2 blocks away.

Even though we arrived in our own car, they would not do anything with the $50 cover. Hard up sell to get a table with bottle service. Empty tables were marked with reserved sign. We passed. As soon as you started walking the floor you were immediately approached by dancers. Went to the bar and ordered a Makers Mark, basic drinks are now $24. Not sure if this is the regular price or if it was elevated because of the convention. The chairs at the rail are gone, I was told due to Covid and they are not coming back. The one good thing is that there were a number of beautiful girls, probably as many as customers. Wide variety, spoke with one that was mixed Asian with a beautiful natural body. Just my type. She was personable and offered to take me on a tour of the club. Evidently 15 minutes dances are $300 and you have to buy 2 drinks for $100. The 30 minute dances are $500 and you need to buy 4 drinks for $200. Upstairs starts at $1,500. I know inflation is a thing but I don’t see a value in what they are offering. Ended up doing 15 minute option and it was fairly low contact compared to dances in the past. I have had much better dances in the past at the Rhino, Treasures or Palominos. My buddy had a similar experience.

I know Vegas is expensive but this just feels like a rip off. I have easily spent more that $1,000 in one of the Vegas clubs and felt like I had a good night. There is something about a Vegas club, that while expensive feels like a rare experience. Here I spent less than $500 and felt ripped off. Sapphires has the eye candy but that is about it. Left with money in my pocket. I would try another club before going back here.
