Most of the recent reviews here are right on the money. Too expensive, too expensive, too expensive. I'm not sure why they feel they have to charge $11 per beer - because they can, I suppose. I am even willing to deal with the ridiculous $20 cover in the name of it being New York - but why not just one slam or the other? Mandatory coat check with a fee, rather than just for tips, is also ridiculous. That said, Flashdancers can be a fun club to visit, and is one of your best choices in NYC if you can get past these costs. They have a wide variety of beautiful ladies, and the pressure is not too extreme. There will likely be a girl to satisfy everyone's preference. I would not hesitate to return - as long as I was in a spending mood!
