I pulled up to Blaze about 2 pm. I haven't been in years. The parking lot was relatively packed for that time of the day and it is in solid condition. The building isn't much to look at but there were American flags on the front side of the building which was fun. There was no parking charge or cover but there is a 2 drink minimum, alcoholic or otherwise. The doorman was very sharp and friendly. Security in general seemed to know how to balance fair treatment of PLs with the protection of the strippers. Shame I didn't see a tip jar.

There are 2 levels to the clubs, there was plenty of room to sit. (That is my nitpick about Vivide, how often the top level is closed. You feel like your eye screwing another man dance while packed like sardines on dayshift downstairs.) When you enter Blaze there is a bar straight ahead. There are tables to the right of the bar and booths to the right of the tables. There is a completely deserted poll to the left of the tables, and no poll dancing which is pretty much the norm at high mileage black clubs in the ATL. There were more booths toward the back on the right and there were pool tables in the back to the left by the restrooms. There are 2 men's rooms, one with urinals and one with a toilet and the sink was outside. Smart move to make sure people can see if you're a weirdo that doesn't wash his hands. But damn it, it would help if the bathroom was kept up better. It was 2 in the afternoon, it wasn't a zoo of strippers and customers, it makes no sense the bathroom wasn't well cleaned.

To the right of the upstairs poll was the stairs to the lower level. The dancer dressing room was on the right and was left open several times for some reason. There was a shop selling over priced flea level market dancer gear. There was a room by the emergency door that had a cigarette machine and an ATM and seating. The bar was to the left of the VIP booths and the cigarette room and there were more pool tables and chairs to the back. The VIP was curtained off booths, but I didn't do VIP today.
