Friday - Variety missing, but still a good night
If you need a review of the layout of the club, I highly recommend the layout of the beginning of the posts of OldWhiteGuy (btw - if you're reading this OWG, I'd love to shake your hand and buy you a drink to hear some stories). I'll give a quick rundown...
Enter through a metal detector and be greeted by a doorman. Cover starts at 7 and was $10. I got there around 5, but had to hit the car around 7:15 and was asked for cover when I returned, a quick explanation that I had just left and I was good. Enter through a frosted glass door and you have a main stage right in front of you (and a side stage beyond that one), two bars to your right, and the darkest hallway ever to the bathroom to your left. The private rooms are to the extreme left.
Extremely friendly bartenders who are able to answer any question you have about the club or the dancers. I was given a "pro tip" that if you're there before 6, you can ask for 'the meal' and there's a free gentlemen's lunch made by the kitchen upstairs at the restaurant - which was really good.
