Would only go on a Sunday

Visited while in Vancouver for business. Be aware, this club is a good 30 min Uber ride outside of the downtown. There are other clubs that are much more central, but it was Sunday, and that meant 2 for 1 private dances at Paramount. Its an alcohol free but I didn’t mind. There is less of a party vibe due to this, everyone is pretty relaxed.

Arrived at 10:30pm. Paid $10 cover. Just inside the entrance there are stairs on the right leading up to the “VIP area”. Cost for that is $100 for 5 songs. The men’s rooms are to your left and down a different set of stairs. The club itself is straight ahead, and set up in descending tiers. From the front entrance, go straight ahead and down some steps and you’ll pass the private dance booths to your left and right. They have a sheer curtain and so are actually semi private, so anyone entering or exiting the club walks right by you which is annoying. A few more steps down and you reach the the bar level, down additional steps to get to a seating tier, and down some more steps to get to the main floor. There are plush couches along the walls and standard setup decent chairs and tables on the floor. There’s a large main stage and a smaller circular stage closer to the bar. It’s a 1 drink minimum ($5.50), they serve water, soda, and juice.

The usual prices are: $25/song for a private dance in one of the semi-private booths, or $100 for 5 songs in the VIP. You can also do $200 for 30 mins in VIP or $300 for an hour in VIP. Sundays it’s 2 for 1 dances, so you can do 2 songs for $25 or 4 songs for $50, which is a pretty legit deal.
