Friday afternoons are my favorite

It’s hard to beat stopping at Gold Club mid-afternoon on a Friday. But be tried other clubs on the east side as of late but it felt nice coming back home for an afternoon beer and a fun time with a few of my favorites - although there are always a fair number of new faces. The new faces kind of cut both ways for me. While it is certainly fun and exciting to do dances with someone new, there is also a lot said for the certainty of knowing the ones who you do want dances from as well as the ones you want to steer clear of.

But I digress.

I arrive about 1500 and found about a dozen girls working. Maybe a few more as we got closer to 1700 and more women started to show for the evening shift.
