B minus because at least I didn’t break the bank
It’s Ricks. They pat you down, you go in and pay your cover. Staff was friendly but always checking on you for drinks. Not cheap in this economy. Clientele seemed rowdier than I remember and maybe that’s why RC had more security than I remember.
Stage shows were low energy from what I saw. I did not see many dancers out on the floor but got immediate attention from two of them. They were spinners and probably 7s on looks but just due to attitude I put them at 5s. There were two very hot dancers occupied with other customers I didn’t get a chance to meet. Couple others were out there that were just mid IMO and either chatting with staff or on their phones. Of the attention I got there wasn’t anyone I felt like shelling out for VIP. Both 7/5s who approached me were pushing that. First one promised to “make it worth your while” and triggered my rip off alarm. She skedaddled in search of a better meal ticket after a couple halfhearted lap dances. The second one also tried to upsell more than I would have liked but was okay with doing individual laps. The contact was nice and strong so I shelled out for several and then left after feeling I’d had enough of RC for a while even though the visit was under an hour.
Things could have been better another day or time but the place was not that crowded so they should just be more accepting of customers who want to vibe rather than pushing VIP. That’s what I liked about Ricks of the past. The floor being a lap dance factory was fine back then. But nothing was terrible. Just could have been much better.
