local Mexican bar. just had to take a look.

so I've been wanting to go to check out this club for a number of years now and decided that this would be a good time to go because of the situation my friend is in with the management at my favorite club and hotels, Hong Kong, cascada and rizo.

My friend is an idiot when he gets drunk and got banned from my favorite hotel which is rizo above tropical bar. He's barely tolerated at cascada because of his behavior but he tips well (when he has the money to buy his way back in). so we stayed at cascada Tuesday night. I took up two girls to the hotel room and had my fun... checking out relatively on time Wednesday and then took a Uber over to quevo del peludo which is east by southeast of Zona Norte by about 5 miles.

it's owned by the same family that owns tropical bar, Hong Kong and las chavelas. it definitely has a much more strong Mexican feel than Hong Kong with very little English being spoken and most patrons being local Mexican's. The club itself is nice with a main floor and then a second story balcony set up that was not occupied at all during our visit. they have a big stage that a band set up on later on in the evening playing live banda music...
